That's what we call, "Mixed Feelings"

Goodbye to my camera. How sad and depressing. Well..I hope not for good. I hope it’s just a temporary goodbye. We were at the beach, it was with my ate and then when I looked there was a wave and there, the camera was wet. We panicked and we were busy thinking about what would be the reaction of my Dad. We all know that cameras are something one saves for except if you’re rich. Haha. You can’t buy it just like how you buy a candy right? I also remembered my Daddy reminding me about the camera since the relatives from his side are coming over for the family reunion. It’s really hard to tell him. One because it’s broken and the other is that I am scared of my Dad. I don’t know why. I really hope there is a way to fix it. The negative side is the water is salt water. They had this term, I forgot the term though. If it’s tap/fresh water, there is a possibility for it to be fixed but on my camera, it’s a different case because it’s salt water. Oh my! Wrong timing. Why now when there are a lot of happenings. Relatives are here, my nieces are here, friends are here, so many plans in line etc.

Change topic, being at the beach was fun. My first time since summer started. I enjoyed the sun, sand, sea and of course the company of the people I’m with. We were the only ones at the beach. Love it. Not to mention we have sunburn, ouch! Red faces and brown skin? Haha. Well..not really brown but darker skin. Oh yeah, we played tag in the pool and I missed that game plus I had a blooper. Sakit nun ha!

So tomorrow, my schedule will be hectic. Feel na feel noh? Dad called and he told me 10 AM, Eden with my cousin Isa. April is here so we made plans to meet up with Hunny in the afternoon. In the evening, I also have plans with some friends. So another “goodluck” to me, for me to be able to meet with all of them.

Enjoying My Summer

Last week was a busy week and fun week. A lot of things happened.

 

Sunday. Bonding with my family. We met up at SM to buy additional things for the other house. I went to church with Tito Ronald, Tita Nette and Mommy Heidi then I saw Kash. The last time I saw her, it was at the same church. We had dinner at Bacaca.

 

Monday. I wasn’t able to go out during the weekend so I made bawi. Haha. The word noh, conyo. I went to the Havaianas Party with Cheska, Kit, Pia, Cheska’s sister and Cooky. Dixie and Paul also joined us. I saw some people including Hunny’s former crush. I was also able to hang out with Arisa and we had an encounter with this freaky guy. Haha.

 

Tuesday. I just stayed home the whole day. My Dad was at the beach and my Mom was at the other house. I think this was the time I watched AC Milan vs Manchester United. 

 

Wednesday. When I woke up, I got messages from Cheska and Dianne asking if I am game to go to Paradise. We’re bums. There was change of plans because of the weather. We decided to stay at the coffee shop. I dropped by Daddy’s office and then went down when they arrived since the coffee shop is at the same building.

 

Thursday. Mommy Heidi’s birthday celebration, it was a whole day affair. The family had lunch together but we were not complete. After lunch, I went to Yellow House with Kuya and Tricia and then Paolo followed with his friends. Kuya needs to go to his friends so Paolo, Tricia and I went to the mall since there’s no one left at the house except the kids. After strolling and window shopping, we went home. Tricia and I did errands, we got the food etc. I watched the replay of AC Milan and Manchester United and people saw me asked if I’m at the right channel. 

 

Friday. I was a brat again because of my Mom. And to Daddy and my ates as well. Sorry. The solution? Mommy Heidi’s convincing power and a trip to the mall and buying a new dress. I wasn’t able to go to Cheska’s house.

 

Saturday. The highlight of the week. My mom woke me up at 4 AM for the family trip. When we arrived at the other house, they were shocked when they saw me. Why? The day before, when I was a brat, I told them I won’t be going to the fishpond with them. 

 

We went to Lupon, where our fishpond was located. It’s been like 8 years since I last went there. Before, we always go there. They prepared breakfast for us and then after, we walked and witnessed them harvest the fish at one of the ponds. We went back to the house. Bonding and then lunch and then I took a nap. When I woke up, boating. We were really careful kasi baka mataob ang boat. It was fun and it was also successful. I tried it with Paolo. My 3 kuyas tried it before and they were also successful. Ate tried it but nataob ang banka. Funny coz she was with all the props. Mga kaartehan like umbrella, she’s wearing a dress and her new phone. Haha. I really miss the place. On our way home, we dropped by a church. Really big and nice. Natalo pa ang churches here sa Davao. It’s good I came coz if not, I missed a lot. I realized something, every school we pass by, Rizal has a statue or whatever you call that. I want to ride on a carabao and my mom said that’s my new ambition. Haha. Swear. I don’t know why I like to try it. Another is after seeing them harvest the fish, I told them “I don’t like to eat fish na” but for lunch, I ate fish coz seafoods were served. On our way home, I saw this pig on a motor. It’s kawawa. I told them again “I don’t want to eat pork na din. I might end up being a vegetarian” haha.

 

Sunday. Church with my parents then lunch at our house and then we went to the mall to buy stuff at the grocery. A little shopping too. I bought skirts. As if masuot sa school noh? And a big no to my kuyas. When I arrived at home, I had nothing to do. Daddy went out of town. Mommy was busy preparing for a party. So I cleaned my flipflops. To be able to accomplish something. Next is my room. I fixed my cabinet and some areas but I’m not finished yet. 

 

The following days will be interesting too. My nieces are here. Lolo Pari will be arriving. Relatives from Daddy’s side would also be here to celebrate Lolo’s birthday. One of the reason why I can’t go somewhere for a vacation since they’ll be arriving. Another is because they’re fixing the back part of the house. There would be an additional room, I think basta may ipapa-ayos sila.

Yesterday, May 5 was Bingo's 2nd death anniversary.

Home on a Saturday Night

So the pictures show that I’ve been attending the parties of my friends. All have different themes. From Classy Igat to Vintage Cocktail to Garden with real butterflies around. I had fun in all the parties plus I get to meet new friends. I was also get to meet my online friends whom most of the time, we just say hi in school but now, we are already able to hang out.

It’s a break for me. Ever since classes ended, I’ve been going out every Saturday but one time I didn’t since its Black Saturday. Who would go out on a gimik on a Black Saturday right? So now I am enjoying being a bum here at our house. Oh My! A friend (Hi Reg!) just text. I want to go with them but I can't coz I can't leave the house. No one's here except me and our helpers, who are already asleep.

6 years ago, we were in Boracay. I want to go back. It’s been 6 years. I miss Panay Island.

April's 18th

My weekend would be described as fun and wild. Fun because of being able to hang out with my friends, being able to meet new friends and all that. Wild because of what alcohol did. Well not to me. I was still sober. The rest? Ask them.

April 14, we celebrated April's 18th birthday. We had dinner at El Toro. After dinner and drinking the champagne (April, you already got what you wanted? Remember your plan before?), we transferred to Some Place Else. The celebration, drinking and socializing started. After the speech, the birthday girl disappeared. She was kidnapped?! Haha. So the people who were left decided to go to Pops for the after party. Dancing like crazy. Dance the night away like what they said and more drinking for some people. Not to mention the camwhore sessions and meeting people again.

It was really fun. Classy igat. Dress to kill. Slutty but not cheap. Today is April's real birthday! Ate, Happy Birthday. Be careful, you're already legal. Enjoy your special day.

What Happened So Far

Different things happened over the week. I was able to hang out with my friends, I went to school to check out something for summer class and I was also able to spend time with my family.

March 31, I was able to hang out with my friends. It was my first time to go out on a gimik with 2 of my high school barkada. Imagine? Before the gimik, we stayed at a coffee shop to update each other. There, we saw some of our friends (Dianne, Sam, Cheska, Chloe, Dubi, Reg etc.), chikka and camwhore sessions.

April 2 and 3, I went to school to meet up with my friends, to check our grades, the subjects offered and the schedule. I'm allowed to take 2 Philo classes for the summer. O diba if I took that pilosopa na ako? Haha. I was hesitant. Being alone in both classes plus the fact that I don't like the schedule because of the long break. My friends FORCED me to enroll. It was really hard to decide. Like they say, there are always 2 sides of a coin. I passed the form even if I was still undecided. When it was already my turn for the evaluation, I wasn't allowed because I have a good record. Haha. Sir suggested that I'll rest, have a vacation, hit the beach and have fun.

The remaining days, I spent it by being a bum or spending time with the family. Sometimes I stay with my Mom and the other members of the family and sometimes I stay with my Dad. I'm glad that Tito had a successful operation though he can't go home yet. Ate will be graduating in how many days and the date when the baby will be due is still uncertain. The conflict with other family members is not new already so there.

Holy week had already passed. My Holy Thursday was not like last year, it was the opposite of what happened last year. I was "home alone" because Mom was at the other house and Dad was at the beach with his friends. I only knew when he called me in the evening. Good Friday? I spent it with my Mom. Black Saturday? I attended the Easter vigil with the other members of the family. We had halo2x after the mass and then they dropped me at our house because I received a message from my Dad that he already arrived. Today, Easter Sunday, I spent it by being a bum.

I don't know what will I do on the next days this week. Tuesday is reserved for school. Saturday night is reserved for "Ate" April.
